Hi, I’m Ayushi Agarwal — Production Designer, Moodboard Specialist & Member of the Production Designer’s Collective, based in Bombay.
 

I design spaces that don’t just look good on camera — they tell stories.

Over the past 13 years, I’ve shaped 10+ films and series, 100+ ad films, and countless photoshoots with directors, DOPs, and crews who love a little chaos with their craft.

Sometimes productions can’t stretch to a full designer — that’s where my moodboards come in. Think of them as visual cheat codes: crisp, cinematic guides that capture tone, texture, and emotion before a single set is built. Each one doubles as a shared vision board to keep everyone inspired and aligned.

My work has found its way into projects with Maddock Films, Cine1 Studios, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video — and titles like Roohi, Sab First Class, and Urf Ghanta.

I started out as a trainee at Yash Raj Films (after a Journalism & Mass Comm double degree) and never really left set life.

Whether it’s a gritty Delhi bylane or a surreal dreamscape, I love making the unreal feel real — layered, lived-in, and a little unexpected.

When I’m not on set, I’m usually traveling or chasing flower fields with my camera.
